​Originally from South Africa, Alana and her family immigrated to New Zealand in 2005, and she has developed a solid career in the insurance industry. She has over 18 years’ experience  in the insurance industry, primarily in broker support, focussing on client service, policy management, and administrative support.
 
Alana is a dedicated professional who values teamwork,  and long-term client relationships.
 
Outside of work, she is family-oriented, an enthusiastic rugby supporter, and enjoys walking and making the most of New Zealand’s natural beauty.
