​Synonymous with insurance in Wanaka, Jackie Boyd was thrilled to rejoin the industry with Affiliated Insurance Brokers in January 2026.
 
With shared values of care, integrity, and acting in the best interests of clients, Jackie and the Affiliated team offer clear, knowledgeable, and experience-driven advice to individuals and businesses alike.
 
Jackie brings over 35 years of experience as a Senior Broker, including being named Insurance Advisernet Broker of the Year in 2017. She established and successfully operated her own business – beSure – Tailored Insurance – in Wanaka from 2009 to 2020. After selling the business to focus on family and her health, Jackie is now excited to return full-time to her passion for providing personalised, comprehensive insurance solutions that truly support her clients’ needs.
 
A long-time Wanaka local, Jackie has called the region home for more than 30 years. Deeply community-minded, she has volunteered with numerous organisations including the Wanaka Squash Club, Montessori Children’s House, Wanaka Primary School, and the Wanaka Business Chamber. She is also a co-founder of the Wanaka Lake Swimmers Club and an active supporter of the Wanaka Watersports Facility.
 
Known for her enthusiasm, integrity, and tireless work ethic, Jackie’s commitment to professionalism and trust underpins every relationship.
 
When she’s not working with clients, you’ll find Jackie enjoying the natural beauty of Central Otago – walking, swimming and biking – or planning her next adventure further afield.
