Michaela joined the insurance industry in 2017 in a claims role for a direct insurer and continued to progress in that role for about two years. She then decided that travelling around the world was the best way to spend the next few years before coming back to New Zealand and starting in a Broker Support Role.
 
She prides herself on providing great customer service and excellent communication skills.
 
Michaela holds her Level 5 certificate in Financial Advice and is passionate about gaining a good rapport with all clients, along with expanding her knowledge base.
 
In her spare time, Michaela can usually be found spending time with her friends and family and taking her dog to nearby parks and beaches. She enjoys the Waikato region for its proximity to the snow, beautiful beaches and her family.
