- Windscreen & Glass claims: No claim form is required. Please give your policy number to your preferred repairer and they will send their invoice direct to your insurer
- Motor Vehicle Accidents: Obtain third party name and contact details, a copy of their driver licence (if possible) and their vehicle registration; don’t admit liability; if your vehicle is not driveable arrange for it to be towed to a repairer for assessment by your insurer.
Business Insurance Claims
- Ensure property is secure and take steps to minimise further loss.
- Report burglary/ theft to the Police.

Home and Contents Claims
- Burglary: Arrange for the house to be made secure and notify the police. Contact us for next steps including completion of claim form.
- Water Damage: Arrange for floors to be dried by a professional cleaner and contact our office for next steps including completion of claim form
- Broken Windows: arrange for house to be made secure by contacting the likes of Smith and Smith or local glass repairer, contact us to arrange completion of claim form.
- Lost or Broken Glasses: Contact us for a claim form, arrange replacement quote with your optician, if glasses are lost arrange to forward original proof of purchase, if glasses are broken please take photograph and return with claim form
- Lost or Damaged Contents: Contact us for a claim form. You’ll need to provide proof of purchase, a repair report, quote for repair or replacement.
