Trade Credit / Bonds: Covers the risk of trade debtors failing to pay debts due to their insolvency or protracted default.
Prospectus: Covers the company, its directors and senior executives for liabilities arising from the issue of a prospectus, information memorandum or other sale/ purchase documents. This liability is generally excluded from Directors and Officers Liability policies unless they are specifically extended to cover it. Cover includes associated defence costs.
Intellectual Property Legal Expenses: Covers legal expenses incurred in enforcing or defending claims involving intellectual property rights.
Event Cancellation: Covers costs and expenses and/or lost revenue resulting from an event being cancelled due to uncontrollable circumstances.
Hole in One / Prize Indemnity: Covers the risk of the prize (giveaway) being won.
